2026 General Open Call

We are currently accepting submissions for our online shop and 2026 exhibitions and events. No theme. Any medium. We’ve got several curatorial endeavors brewing for this year and are already working on some things for next year so we are encouraging a wide variety of submissions even if dissimilar to things we’ve shown or sold previously. Surprise us.

We’re open to functional and non-functional; wearable and hangable; small and big; sweet and weird… whatever. We especially love smaller, lesser known artists. We’re more interested in your work than in your exhibition history or education so don’t let lack of “art world experience” discourage you from submitting.

Details

- We work on a 60/40 commission with the artist receiving 60%.
- Right now we only accept work under $300 for our online shop.
- Art for exhibition + event consideration should be priced under $1,500 (ish).
- Usually we don’t accept NFS pieces, but you can try us.
- Good craftsmanship is a must.

Who Can Submit

- Artists anywhere in the world.
- Artists at any point in their career.

What We Are Not Looking For

- AI generated in any capacity. We have a strict no AI policy.
- Traditional Maine landscapes, boats, lighthouses, etc.
- HDR photography.
- Stickers.
- “Cute” art you’d give your granny, baby, or millennial friend.
- Fan art.

Response Time

We do our best to respond to folks within two weeks of their submission. If it’s been longer and you haven’t heard anything, double check your spam folder. Still nothing? Feel free to email a follow up.
